Recipe Shout Out - Itailian Roast

I hope to be able to share with you each week one of my favorite recipes I am making that week! I LOVE to share recipes!!

There are a few things you should know about my recipies:

1. They are ALL EASY!!

2. I don't make anything that isn't EASY!

3. They have regular ingredients which makes them EASY!

So, there you have it! I hope it is something you will enjoy. I have several friends that have asked for this recipe and make it frequently!

Italian Roast
Ingredients:
Beef Roast (I usually just use a chuck roast)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pkg. Zesty Italian dry mix
1 pkg. Onion soup mix
1/2 a jar of Pepperoncini Peppers
Step one: Place roast in a crock pot and sprinkle the zesty italian and onion soup on top.
Step two: Put cream of mushroom soup on top of the roast
Step three: Pour in 1/2 the jar of pepperoncini juice
Step four: Put on lid and cook on low for 8 hrs.
(you can cook on high if you need to shorten the cooking time)
Step five: When you have one hour left of cooking add the peppers to the roast. This keeps them from getting soggy! Yuck!
When cooking time is up I like to shred the roast and serve with
mashed potatoes and green beans!!
If you fix this recipe please come back and leave a comment. I'd love to hear how your family liked it!!!

  3. I like the picture of all the ingredients with the recipe since I'm a visual learner. It makes it look even more "do-able"
